Pre-authorisation (otherwise known as ‘security deposit’) is a pre-determined amount ($100 on most rentals) that is put on hold, on the nominated card, at time of equipment hire.
The pre-authorisation is simply a hold of the amount in your account. We do not charge nor take out this amount, it simply is ‘frozen’.
When you return the equipment, the pre-authorisation will be released from ‘frozen’, less any additional charges.
Yes, you will be responsible for all destroyed or damaged equipment or cost of repairs. A breakdown of all terms and conditions will be on the Equipment Hire Agreement form.
Products that require setting up will be provided with an instruction manual. We can also do the set up for you. This service can be added on additionally.
The 2.5 Meter Inflatable Cinema Screen Package with two lounge chairs requires an approximate minimum space of 4.5 by 4.5 meter. The 2.5 Meter Inflatable Cinema Screen Package with ten lounge chairs requires an approximate minimum space of 4.5 by 8.5 meter.
If you do not meet the required minimum space size, consider using less lounge chairs and create a cozy picnic rug area with pillows.
It is not possible to watch a movie during the day. Movies can only be watched after the sun has gone down. If you have the space to do an indoor set up such as a garage, you would be able to make it dark enough to watch during day time.
Delivery and pickup is not included in the price. Delivery cost depends on the location, the amount of equipment that needs to be delivered, access and times. Click here to go to our delivery page for more information about delivery.
You can either play a DVD, Blu-Ray Disc or stream from Netflix and Youtube. It is also possible to connect your laptop.
Absolutely! We can set up everything indoors as long as you meet the minimum space size requirements. The smallest required space size is 4.5 by 4.5 meters.
All reserved equipment is subject to a 50% cancellation fee up to 7 days before event. Equipment cancelled less than 7 days from event will be charged full rental price. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
