Local Pick Up & Return Procedures

Minimum Order

Minimum hire spend for local pick up is $50

Pick Up Instructions

  • Pick up time is strictly between 9:00am – 10:00am
  • Pick up location: 26 Meta Street, Caringbah (inside the Ispace building)
  • Please drive up via the roller doors for loading access.
  • Arrive on time within your allocated pick up window as we operate on a tight schedule

Important 

  • Please bring a suitable vehicle for safe transport of all items
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are securely loaded and transported safely
  • Staff may assist with loading where possible, however all items leave the premises at the customer’s risk

 

Return Instructions

  • Returns are strictly between 9:00am – 10:00am on Monday

  • Return location: 26 Meta Street, Caringbah 

Before returning

  • All items must be clean, dry, and free of decorations or debris

  • Items must be packed as provided at pick up

  • Wet or damaged items may incur additional fees

Late Returns & Charges 

  • Late returns may incur additional hire fees

  • Missing, damaged, or unclean items may be charged a replacement or cleaning cost

Important

  • All items remain the responsibility of the customer for the duration of the hire period
  • Any issues must be reported to Starlight Party Hire immediately
